We will meet with you for a short meeting and discuss your premises and alarm system, before agreeing on specific instructions relating to entry procedures. Following this meeting we will collect the relevant keys from you and test them before both parties sign a Key Receipt Form. We code and store your keys in our secure control room and the seal will only ever be broken if we are required to attend your property for an alarmed response.
One of our experienced Response Officers will attend your premises upon alarm activation and you will always receive full documentation of any visit emailed to you the following morning.
